Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Quiet and great staff. The only issues is he homeless people stopping you for money. Then all the homeless people in the middle of the streets with signs. I have never seen so much poverty in a big city like that .

Perfect for a short stay in the city. Close to everything - fine dining, entertainment, and shopping. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Easy check-in. Room was clean early and allowed early check in which was great!

Loved this hotel.We were able to check into the room early which we appreciated in the heat. Coffee machine in room. Amazing coffee machine downstairs in lobby offering decaf and various other coffees. Lobby area pleasant to sit in. Staff lovely and helpful.

Some of the rooms are small, but most not. Fridge and microwave available and delivered quickly. Great location from which to access city attractions. No on-site food, but nice coffee machine in lobby

Location, location, location— CQ is in the heart of it all, walkable from Rittenhouse Square, City Hall, and even the Art Museum. Tons of great restaurants and cafes in the area. Lots and lots of shopping too, including the Liberty Shoppes mall across the street. Room itself was quite small (typical of city hotels) but clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. Reception desk on the 2nd floor and elevators/doors that require keycards so we felt extra safe. The staff was nice and helpful, especially re: storing our luggage. The only two downsides: 1. Parking is very difficult in this area (we used SpotHero to find an affordable indoor parking garage spot, but it was a good 17 minute walk away): 2. CQs no longer offer comp late-checkouts or grace periods…. Instead they charge $50 for this. Boo! Still, overall, this was a great find at a good price. Recommend!

The lobby area of hotel was comfortable, the elevators were quick, the staff was great and the location was perfect for shopping and definitely dining. The downside was the room being so small; thankfully I was alone because that room was as small as a standard on a cruise ship.
