the room is very small. The night front desk had an attitude. No mini bar nor any recommendations from the night front desk. The whole place had a "cover up" smell. For a few $ more we should have gone to the sofitel.

I definitely recommend this Club Quarters. The price was so reasonable. Our room was very small, however, we were out most of the day so for our purposes it didn't bother us.The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby area was nice (free coffee all day!) and the hotel was very clean. The location was ideal - VERY central. I suppose my only complaint is that the way the rooms are designed the room doors are right next to each other and we could hear our neighbor come and go multiple times when we were in bed and ready to go to sleep but it was brief... all in all, I highly recommend.

Overnight stay when arriving at Philadelphia airport - walking distance from the train station and very comfortable room. Pleasant staff at check in. Very quiet overnight. Very clean and everything we required. Would stay again.

Great location. TINY room. Reasonably priced. Hotel is a little older and feels a little old and tired.

Price was in budget, stay was good and the area was very convenient! The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Bathroom was outdated with signs of damage from previous guests. Definitely would benefit from an update, but would choose this location again.

this is a first class hotel...the staff is what really makes it special...especially Dermot and Shantel at the front desk...I feel like family every time I return its clean, safe and convenient...simply the best!

The property is a little dated, but the accommodations were suitable for the length of stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary coffee and beverages along with the water filling station on each floor.

The furniture in the suite was old . The bathrooms in the smaller rooms are nicer looking than in the suites.

Rooms are definitely small but worth it for location! The staff was wonderful! Would book again with them again.

The location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants right there. Staff is friendly. Coffee decent. Bed in room 915 extremely uncomfortable. Lie too close to the edge and it sinks as if you can fall off. Had to be almost in the middle to achieve firmness. TV remote dirty. Air conditioner loud. Bathroom super small and towel rack near the floor right next to the toilet which is gross especially if they’re not changing out unused towels from previous guests. I don’t think they could help that because of the size of the bathroom though. Parking in and out across the street I think 116.00 for two nights.

Very nice. Small room but very cute, quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful service. I only stayed one night, but all went well. I would stay here again.
