The room was not available at check in. We.finally got in to our room and it was not the booked room type - King deluxe. It was a Queen room. The Hitel provided a food credit. They provided a credit to compensate for the wrong room type.

Comfortable and quiet

I arrived a little bit before 4pm to check in on 11/22/25. i was told my room was not ready. In the next two hours, I saw the lobby fill up and other people not being able to check in. There was no explanation, no estimate of time until I could check in (because I asked at the 1 hour window). Once I checked in, finally, I had to ask if there would be an accomodation for the wait. I was late for my dinner reservation. They gave me a $75 credit to use in the hotel. Not only did I not even use half of it, at checkout they tried to charge me. Again, I had to remind them that they had offered a $75 credit. In the long run, it was a very inadequate accomodation. Also the room service was backed up with an hour wait as well. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! My experience was unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. But they are simply not staffed to deal with the volume and turnover on a busy weekend. Arrived to a packed lobby, was able to check in but my room wasn't ready, fine. Took my bags to the bellman, had to wait in line to hand them over, fine. Get a text the room was ready, had to wait for more than half an hour just to get to a desk with someone who can give me a key. Meanwhile the lobby is an absolute zoo, packed to the gills, everyone is overwhelmed an unhappy. Took another 20 minutes to get the bags back. If you want your car out of the valet, that's another 20 minutes too. Everyone was professional and I'm sure doing their best, but if you've journeyed to be here the stress of check in is the very last thing you need. I know the footprint of the lobby itself probably limits what they can do about increasing staffing, but then they need to explore virtual checkin, virtual keys, something to decompress what was a truly absurd line of people on a Saturday at 4PM. If you're coming in the middle of the week it's probably great.

The room was great. My only issue was how crowded check-in was. That said, Jamal helped me get my room with enough time to shower and get to the wedding where I had to be.

The room was clean. That is my only positive. The hotel took $100 from me without asking. After I called they said it was just a hold and that they would return in within 7-10 days, same goes for my other $100 deposit.

Amazing room, excellent property, fantastic customer service, and a very good bar. A+ all around

Staff was wonderful. We were there because of a family member in the nearby hospital, and staff really took care of us.

I like thebpre check in. We arrived early and our room was ready. That to me was excellent to bbegin with. The roon was very nice. Bathroom was nice size and quiet. We inquired about late check out night before. The front desk told us since we were vip with expedia. We could check out 2 hrs later. Another excellent move on there part. I use the text message for lotion. They responded asap and i got the lotion within 10 min. The lobby bar was excellent. We had the 2 girls working and they made us feel comfortable. We ask where is the best restaurant to get peking duck. They both replied same place. We were reassured that was the place to go.

The room was beautiful and the service was incredible.

We always stay at Loews when we visit philadelphia. Never had an issue until this time. A fraudulent charge of $52 showed on my bill and i called and said we never visited the bar during our 1 night stay. Been 4 weeks and still hasnt been taken care of. Shame. Not sure we will be staying there any more if not raken care of.

Everything was great

The view, room was spacious to. Lobby and lobby bar was nice. I would come back again.
