This was a lovely spot very central to downtown Vancouver. Would recommend for tourists and folks who are into soccer, since it’s literally right next to a giant stadium. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff is very kind. Pro tip: go to the gym on the top floor and then go to the balcony. Stunning view of the stadium from there, if you’re into that! They also have free laundry, but their dryer didn’t dry our clothes after 90 minutes. Also, the potatoes at their free breakfast are AMAZING. I wish I knew what seasoning they put on there! Had a nice time for sure

Nice clean room great location, walkable to just about anywhere in the downtown area

i honestly expected more from the property, it was very outdated for its name. the tv was bad quality and i partially had to spend $80 to watch tv for two days. and when i went for breakfast, and i came back upstairs somebody went in my room and began cleaning which was unexpected, i had to wait 20 mins to be let back in.

One of the best hotels I stayed in, the room was pretty clean, the staff was polite. We requested for late check out and it was supported. The hot tub was amazing and availing laundry facility for free was pretty helpful.

The bathroom is aging definitely required to renovate asap. The air ventilation is load. This location is right beside a building construction zone and my room is in the same direction. Breakfast quality is good and the staffs are nice in general.

I came for a 50/50 work and pleasure trip. I have stayed at the Hampton before; hence why I chose them again for this trip. I got a great price thru expedia. The staff is so amazing and friendly. Room was comfy and clean. Will always be one of my choices as a hotel for Downtown Vancouver

Our stay was good. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and lots of dining options close by. No parking for larger vehicles, GMC 3500.

Overall our stay was nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Upon arriving I was asked to sign a form, no verbal disclosure. After my stay I noticed a $39.06 charge to my credit card. I called and they clarified that it was for parking. There was no communication of a parking charge prior. I was travelling with two minors who were very excited to use the jacuzzi pool. and the pool was out of service. I feel better communication to their guests regarding available facilities and fees should happen. I already paid $347.45 for the one night stay and to be charged the parking fee and facilities as advertised not available, makes me feel like they will easily take advantage of their guests.

The staff at the front desk can be more welcoming. Overall would recommend this hotel & location.
