Breakfast

Very easy access to the downtown amenities!!

My daughter and I stayed here to attend a Canucks game. The arena was a 5 minute walk away and the area felt very safe. We enjoyed the hot tub and games room and the city views. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely come back.

Proximity to restaurants and other amenities

Loved our stay at the Hampton Suites. Great sized room, awesome facilities with a hot tub, ping pong and foozball table. Hot breakfast was welcome! We will be back but we’re a bit disappointed to see the high $75 pet fee for 1-4 nights. Hoping that is revised to be more like $30 per night. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed in Vancouver for staff, location and facilities.

Amazing house keeping

Service was excellent. The hotel is a bit run-down. I thought the mattress was okay but my daughter said hers was hard. Location is perfect.

Was a very pleasant experience sll around. Although our toilet was running. Otherwise perfect!

Room was nice but noisy in the mornings as we were next to the Elevator. The staff linen carts were very noisy next to our room. Perhaps they can clarify if the room is near the elevator or next to the elevator.

Great location. Walking distance to the arena's.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. Very impressed they have filtered water at the ice machine.

The front desk staff was amazing!! Very welcoming. We had a corner room with windows on 2 sides with beautiful views.
