Excellent all around!!

Location was excellent to lots of activities downtown one which I enjoyed immensely and that was my trip to Granville Island to see the market and enjoy the music. On water taxi to get there was very convenient and an excellent location to get to Stanley Park. Location was just excellent

Room was clean and so loved that. It was mostly quiet which is a plus, good breakfast choices, and it did feel secure. Lots of construction around so for now that was not so good but surroundings probably good when there is no construction.

Great place to stay. Got in two daysbefore our cruise left.. Great for families as we had a king bed with pullout sofa.

This hotel was amazing! From the friendly, and ever helpful staff that upheld the highest standards, to the superb free continental breakfast every thing was better than expected! They keep this place immaculate. And what’s even cooler is if you’re an avid coffee drinker like myself, you can go to the breakfast area 24/7 and get as much fresh coffee as you want. The breakfast area becomes like a lounge at night with upbeat jazz playing, low lights and an awesome vibe; I chilled there for hours at night. The location is excellent for easily getting around the city. Uber rides literally arrived within 5 minutes or less and so many activities were within walking distance. I can’t give this place enough praise and respect for the way they take care of their guest!!! A definite must stay for my next trip.

Great location to BC Place. Robson is great. Improvements could be made to coffee makers in the rooms. Breakfast is plentiful but after 4 days it was the same old, same old.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend especially if you are attending an event in the area. Only problem was we had to wait for them to clean a room because no queen bed room was ready at 4pm checking so had to wait.

More expansive gym would be nice

We had moved from another hotel and I was so impressed with what we got with Hamptons Inn.

Everything was perfect for our two day stay in Vancouver. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean. They have a nice little gym with table tennis and foosball and a hot tub.

Convenience!!

Good breakfast. Need more tea in the room.
