A great place to visit. Fabulous amenities, nice and comfy rooms, attentive staff.

good location and quiet

Comfortable

Stay was fine except the second night. The smoke alarm started beeping every 30 seconds due to it needing replacement. This started at 1am and would not stop. I eventually had to stand on the bed and do something about it myself. Staff wasn't very helpful or apologetic for the fact that this created a pretty terrible night of sleep. Property is nice and everything, front desk staff could use some training on how to deal with problems like this and appease a rather annoyed guest.

Great stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was very small.

The hotel was charming and clean; however, the best part was the restaurant attached to it. The salmon was sublime.

Perfect place to relax and having family bonding. Highly recommended 💞

Friendly staff at check in and departure and willing to help with any request/anything. Our room was lovely with 2 queen size beds and a little table and chairs. Had a bit of mountain view thru the trees. Beds were comfortable. Ample room to park (you do have to pay for parking!). Quite sound proof rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Canmore. Restaurant on the side with excellent food. Walking distance to downtown so no need to worry where to park. All in all we had a great stay!

The hotel was beautiful. The shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable! We did not eat at the restaurant so i cant comme t on that. We chose this hotel because of the reasonable cost and because of the hot tub. But only once we got there and looked for the hot tub did we realize its in a seperate building. We didnt want to walk outside in the snowy cold evening in a wet bathing suit, so we didnt even go. That was disappointing.

Very nice clean hotel. Not ideal to have pool and hot tub in a separate building. And paying for parking is just a money grab.
