Quiet night

It was quiet. Staff was very friendly, good choices for breakfast. Our room carpet was very wet, we were asked if we wanted to move rooms but we were already unpacked with a 3yr old, so we declined. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room anyhow as we were there to see family.

Was charged for a upgrade hot tub toom. But didnt receive one!

The desk person that couldn't speak understandable english tried to charge me an extra $50.

Rooms were clean, staff was quiet but polite . Little outdated but good . Only wish is that the pool water was warmer . My grandkids teeth were clattering so had to cut pool time and tried again in the morning before check out

Be prepared to be charged extra for more then two people staying..... Your really not saving any by using this app!

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed having the Dove products and make-up remover wipes in the room.

Clean and good staff.

The bedding is firm and unforgiving for sleeping through the night. Room air conditioning unit turms off before reaching the set temperature. This makes for too cool of a room . The room was very clean.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Cold eggs and sausages every day. They filled the hot trays and never touched them until breakfast was over. Every other hotel I've stayed at changed breakfast foods daily. For 23 years I traveled for work. This hotel needs to put some effort towards breakfast, your just don't offer it. Worst hot breakfast hotel I've ever stayed at. It is sad that this is what I will remember about my stay. The day shift lady running the front desk was outstanding. The room was great and pretty clean overall.

This was a convenient location to take a long weekend and do some hiking in the area. The free breakfast was very nice (only wished there would've been some hot sauce) and there were plenty of nearby options for dinner. The hot tub and pool were great for relaxing at the end of the day. The hotel was peaceful at night and we got a decent amount of sleep. The $100 deposit was a bit irritating, but not entirely unexpected, and our only difficulty was that our bathroom door was a bit broken and difficult to close. Nothing we couldn't live with for two nights.

clean property, friendly staff and hot tub was great. Newly renovated rooms and floor carpets.

We had ants in our room upon arrival. Let the desk know, they came to look and said it was because there was food on the floor. (Blaming us) Explained yes, but the food was not from us and there still shouldn’t be ants, regardless. Asked them if we can move rooms, they had to check with mgmt. came back with a broom and can of raid. Cleaned up ants, put them IN OUR GARBAGE, then soaked the area with raid while we watched. I said “Is this safe?” He said “Yes, it’s lavender scented” Ended up taking my kids (who have health issues, including myself) and opening the windows and walking around for a half hour while it aired out. It still smelled horrible when we returned. That was their only resolution.

Great stay

I love going to this hotel for my mini getaways. My last visit was for my birthday. The staff was very nice as always. There was construction going on but it did not bother us at all!
