Everything was perfect for the most part, until I came back to my room and found a cockroach running across the floor, I killed it and went right to the office and was given a new room, no questions asked. The ice machine didn’t work and that was a bummer, The new room was clean and we had a good night and enjoyed our stay.

The lady at the desk was nice. I had to swap rooms because the fridge didnt work an roach in the tub. 2nd room had a working fridge an no roaches but there was feces on the bathroom door. Stains on the blanket.

It was a decent stay, the maid came early, and I informed her to return in 40mins. But she never turndown our room. Ice machine only on one floor. Overall, I would rate this as a 3.5 out of 5. Breakfast was good.

In a great location, close to everything, probably the reason this place stays in business. It's not worthy of being labeled a Wyndham property. When I got there, there was a super sketchy guy just sitting in a desk chair in front of a room. I checked in the attendant was nice but i was required to go get my tag number from my vehicle to write down. When i first got into my room, the night stand was sticky & had cup rings on it where drinks from a previous guest had sat. Obviously this hadn't been cleaned. I found tobacco pieces from a blunt shell (obviously) all over a chair. How does housekeeping not notice this? I found several hairs on towels, washcloths & bed sheets. Something bit me during the night. I woke up with 3 unidentified bug bites this morning. The air conditioning was very cold, but also very loud. Thankfully it didnt keep me awake all night. The pool was old but clean, the bed was actually very comfortable. Best thing I can say about the place. Back to housekeeping, I had one of the staff knocking on my door at 8am. I didn't answer, so she let herself in. Are you kidding me? That was a complete invasion of privacy. Check out is at 11am. It was 8am. I didn't try or even see the breakfast. I just wanted to get the hell out of there at that point. A refund would be appreciated but I'm sure that won't happen. I would not stay here again ever nor do I recommend anyone to. Find a place that's $20 more I'm sure it will be well worth it. This dump was almost $100

This hotel is just bad. On one good note, we loved the pancake maker! There were only two towels in the room when we arrived and management would not give any more. We left our towels hanging on rack to preserve them. The next day housekeeping took the towels and did not clean or empty the trash in the room. When I asked for replacement towels the management stated that they would not provide any towels. Some of our family was already in the bath when we realized that the towels were missing. I can understand not having extra towels, but taking the existing towels in the room is just crazy. Even the bath mat was taken. The management provided no resources to the employees to close down other rooms or have access to the towel storage. While I was addressing my complaint to the front desk another guest came to the front desk asking for more towels and stating that he had towels in the morning but they were no longer in his room that evening. So they had done this to multiple rooms and management did not take any responsibility for the incident and provided no accommodation for an issue that they aggressively created. I am not a fan of this poor level of hospitality.

I left in the morning around 8 and when I returned they had my door wide open and had already cleaned the room even though I replied to message that I'd be checking out at 11. Other then that we enjoyed the stay and the bed was surprisingly comfortable and room was nice overall.

Check in was good the young lady was very friendly and pleasant to talk to unlike the guy that worked that night he came off a little rude when i went in to let him know the ac wasn't working in the room. Wasn't much help but i went and bought a fan so we made the best out of it anyways.

Rooms tired and not the cleanest. The fridge also was very noisy and had to be unplugged overnight. Breakfast was very basic, but has the essentials (coffee and bananas) but no tea bags, though I'm aware that I may be in the minority as a tea drinker. The hotel is set back from the main road was fairly quiet at night.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No blankets. Bed frame made a loud metallic popping sound when I would either get into bed or roll over.
