Really nice hotel with great facilities.

Hotel was fantastic and the bedrooms and spa were both excellent. The only negative was the breakfast which was cold and very disorganised as they kept running out of things. Other than the breakfast it was a perfect break

Great reception staff Magdalena and very helpful, lovely gym and pool area!! Bedroom was spotless, bed was quite hard.

A little bit of luxury. The old buildings are stunning really well maintained. The newer parts, hidden away around the back are stylish and well presented. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food in the Brasserie was quality.

Really enjoyed our one-night stopover. Great room and spa with lovely dinner.

Amazing property with some outstanding history

Lovely room in the old hall, reception staff very helpful & friendly. Restaurant was rammed for breakfast but the staff dealt well with it & we had a good breakfast.

Easy parking, lovely clean hotel with lots of amenities

Stunning grounds, lovely and accommodating staff. Our toilet seat was broken, but I didn't mention it to staff as it was only one night and we were moved to that room last minute as I couldn't access the other room so I assumed that was why. I'm confident they'd have moved us or fixed it if we said something though, they were a very good hotel.

Reception staff very professional and friendly . Good breakfast , Good leisure facilities , Good variety of room choices would definitely recommend staying at this hotel .

The venue is in a beautiful historic building. The facilities are great including a pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms had massive comfy beds and were cleaned daily with plenty of towels and extra tea, coffee and biscuits. My only quibble is that the rooms didn’t have internet tvs.

I stay at Crewe Hall 3 or 4 times a month at least. It is a friendly, clean, interesting and aesthetically pleasing place to stay.

The experience was brilliant the pool and bar was spot on but going in to the room and speading £300 for one nights stay with my parnter the hotel room was poor to be honest the was damp on the wall and the windows had cracks in them wasn't happy at all

Lovely hotel. Stayed in the old wing but it was charming and comfortable

Queued twenty minutes to check in. Room never really got up to a pleasant temperature. Pillows uncomfortable. But excellent gym, helpful staff, decent food.
