In terms of cleanliness and perhaps my own accident, the room was definitely a miss and not worth the quick stay. We felt so grossed out by the overall maintenance of it.

The staff are great, the facility, amenities, terrible vibe are not worthy of the price point. I stay in better motels in Burbank for less. This facility has lost touch with the main mission which should be all about hospitality.

My reservation was for May 8th, the person at the front desk told me that I didn’t have a reservation (which I reserved months in advance) l showed her my confirmation from Expedia, then she told me wait,she Went in the back and then told me (oh, Expedia) over booked you and they tried calling you. Which was a lie. I showed her my phone. She also said they had no room, For me and if I want she could check another hotel. She Kept asking me several times (Do you have money?) I Felt offended. I asked her why do you keep asking me if I have money, she replied and said you have to pay for your hotel again, I told her I already paid for my hotel. Why would I have to pay again. With a attitude she said I don’t Want to argue with you, I told her l’m not arguing with you. I repaid for a hotel and you want me to pay again? I got ahold of Expedia, the person told me (Expedia) didn’t Over booked or cancelled your reservation but I would be happy to get you another hotel and you don’t have to pay again. My family and I, have stayed in this hotel for many years a few times a year. Never again! I saw homeless people in the back. And a lot of men hanging around. I was just there in October and now I didn’t feel safe.

I asked for silverware, a toaster, and plates when i asked there are 2 postings that say they will bring it up to us. I had to go down to the front desk and pick it up. Clearly that should be removed.

I found this property as unclean. The trash was not cleaned, perhaps it was still left after the previous guest checked out. The cooktop was not working, i had to struggle with food. Breakfast was only few muffins and few protein bars and coffee.

The room had a kitchen but I had to wait a day to get all the kitchen accessories, the room was clean, but the cabinets of the kitchen and bathroom were in poor shape, the beds were so hard, not even a little soft, I woke up with backache every day.

This property is perfectly adequate. However, the rooms lack really basic amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, and not one single hanger in the closet. These places need to do better. Front desk, Addison, was great.

Our work crews stayed here and I visited them for a night. I found the property very nice and one of the nicest Extended Stay Americas I'd been at in terms of the room space, amenities, and kitchen.

Horrible. Everything is old and could see damage on cabinets, fridge, furniture, etc. AC/Heater does NOT work. Mattress are super firm, woke up with body aches every day that we couldn’t wait to leave. And wait, let me tell you, they clean the rooms ONCE A WEEK, yes, if you stay 4-5 days, same 4-5 days that you are on your own. If you need clean towels you must bring them down to the so called “lobby” and place them into the basket, make sure to count them in front of the person in charge, then they will hand you clean towels. Same goes for the toilet paper. Obviously there’s not shampoo unless you go and ask for it. Website states there’s hair drier, there isn’t, my guess is that you also need to go down and ask for it. Not a single chair or anything in the lobby, we had to wait on the “lobby” because our room wasn’t ready and just stood up there. Breakfast is a muffin and coffee, that’s all, not other choice. Employees are nice and friendly but helpless. Oh, also, there isn’t restrooms to use while waiting, is either you hold and wait until you get your room key or go elsewhere. So far is the worst place we’ve ever been, in all the possible ways.
