Very dirty carpets and numerous stains and burn marks everywhere. Smelly hallways and smokers congregating at every doorway. Evicted people hanging around too. I have been traveling regularly for 54 yrs and have NEVER seen a hotel w a reserved parking slot for police right beside the front doors. Not a comforting thing to see

Quiet and spacious but front desk is never there I tried to call and cancel my reservation and no one answered the phone for a long time

Older building. Bathroom sink drained slow. No utensils plates cups bowl etc

At check in , no one to check in for 30 min. People lined up at desk but no one was there. No hairdryers. window in room left open. on first floor. portable bed in room.

I left the property almost immediately after arrival. It needs to be entirely gutted and rebuilt from ground up.
