When traveling, we always stay at this location because the staff are always helpful and go out of there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I will admit, although theyre making attempts to keep people who aren't staying there off grounds, still you do see people making their way around the area.

Very rude front desk agent. Don't know how to do her job

Was charge while i paid for booking was charged a deposit of 57 dollars has bot been returned left 2 hours after checking due to lice in bed request a full refund i ha pictures

Great stay

I would not recommend. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. Very surprised as other extended America hotels were nicer and better upkeep. This is not a good picture of what I believe extended stay American is all about. Next they have parking spaces marked off for the police. Never saw that before. Then there was a charge of $3.50 for what not sure. Perhaps parking sticker. Never again for us.

Rooms were old with old appliances. Couch was disgusting - didn't dare to it on it. Floors were not swept and the overall room was not as clean as it should be.

Was good for the price

It was a place to sleep. Would be nice if they had decaf coffee available for breakfast and rooms.

Very noisy and very dirty place

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet area. Many dining options available near by.

The A/C unit too close to the front door bed bugs in all rooms

There was a strong musk smell on e you got off of the elevator. The room smelled like mildew. The tub paint was peeling off. There were bedbugs in the bed. I asked for a refund or to switch rooms but they wouldn't so there was a loss of over $100. Worst experience ever.

Like i said. The staff was very great with taking care of my situation and they handle it with the up most respect and professionalism. That it was i did like. On the other hand. The thing that i didn't like was the fact that was spending and sharing my weekend vacation with ROACHES crawling all over the room. Which if i hadn't already booked it through a third party company. I would have checked it immediately and ask for a refund. They need to do better with their post control. "PERIOD".

This sketchy hotel is best described as dank. There were people loitering in the parking lot at all hours.

Cable, and able to cook a meal after getting a pot and pan Very upset i had to pay almost 750 for a week and i had to find other accommodations for my baby because it was too hot when the ac wasnt working and also being locked out late at night was ridiculous.. i feel i should get refunded somehow
