The floors were very dirty. Which was my only complaint

They get such a good review on TV commercials that I was looking forward to staying here. Not for long! The facility was unclean, staff unfriendly, no ice machine (only 2 dirty ice cube trays in freezer), lack of parking. The clientele was awful. People allowed to literally run the halls, day & night. Loud fights, both in halls & rooms. Heard the f-word hundreds of times.

It was nice overall compared to other options nearby, however inside our hotel room it was quite dirty, and the overhead kitchen area was pretty dirty and outdated.

I tried 3 different rooms and the first 2 were definitely no going to fly. The amount of rust on the appliances and the tubs was startling. The fridge didn’t work in the first room. There was so much dust in the second room. When I finally settled into the 3rd room the tv didn’t work and a stink bug popped out to say hi. If I didn’t have my dog with me I would’ve been scared to sleep. There were people slamming doors, no matter the time of day or night. There was no breakfast as advertised. The staff were lovely though. Unless you are on hard times, I would not suggest staying here.

The front desk service was great. The room was filthy. It smelled of mold. The floor was unswept. There was some brown/red dried stain near the toilet. Carpet was filthy. Dried gum and stains. The tub had standing water in it. The hall smelled strongly of cigarettes. One room had a dog barking loudly as we arrived. I requested my money back and they cancelled my reservation and gave me my money back. They were courteous and professional

Standard low cost long term stay

Staff not friendly, the hotel has no room service, loud, and door has open spaces around the framing.

Never anybody behind desk can take 20 minutes to get someone to check in

I was ver unsatisfied with my stay the room and hallway smelled pretty bad no matter how many air fresheners I used the first room they gave me was dirty and had old food smell just very uncomfortable I had to sleep

Nice and quiet. Outdated, 1998.

As soon as we walked in room smelled weird.. stains in carpet.. and dead roach in bathroom.. ended up leaving at 2 am. Constant people running, jumping, slamming doors.

La Reservación era para una Habitación con 2 Camas, pero cuando llegamos al lugar no tenían nuestra habitación de 2 camas, tuvimos que quedarnos 2 adultos y 2 niños en 1 sola cama. No es amigable el personal, las condiciones son pésimas.

Everything was good for us!
