Overall everything was good. Room was clean though the lack of amenities in the room (like silverware and coffee maker) was a bit disappointing. We did find out those things were available for pick up at the front desk.

I as only her overnight. The room was spacious & very comfortable- well appointed $ clean. The staff was most helpful. The breakfast was unfortunately lousy. I should have prepared my own in the kitchenette. I would certainly stay here again

Clean. Friendly Staff. Says no smoking, whole place smells like ashtray and weed. Handicapped parking spots covered in an inch of ice. Bed uncomfortable, hardly slept.

Crackheads every where the house keeping kept coming in my room and was reported 4-5 times this location needs to be shut down no breakfast etc

I would stay again however be better prepared for my stay…..the breakfast advertised is literally just that (on the go). My biggest problem was the slack effort of plowing and putting salt down. It snowed during my stay and a few of us complained about not being able to get down the hill.

This was a emergency booking and the minute u walk in the place smell like pure cigarettes smh my 3 yo child was coughing from the smoke

Strange smell in hallway. Also vending machine does not work. Front desk attendant was not to concerned about it

It was a calm place for the night.

The food was grab and go and only included a granola bar, muffin, coffee and tea. No place to eat. The gathering room was full of furniture. The room had no shower curtain, i had to ask for one. The parking lot had nails in the parking spots. Smokers were at both entrances. Bikes were left on sidewalks.

The accommodations were exactly as described and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional friendliness, and the check-in process was notably efficient. My sole concern relates to the absence of telephones in the rooms, I rented 2 rooms. This establishment is remarkably quiet, with numerous shopping and dining options in close proximity. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to stay there again.

One of the worst hotels I have get stayed in. Tons of construction That I was not aware of when booking. The smell of paint was throughout the entire hotel. The beds were a joke. Looked more like a cot. Don’t stay at this place

Hotel is under renovations and was very uncomfortable in and out. People staying at the hotel kind of particular. In my 3 days staying the room was never clean and towel changed. Breakfast very poor and few options. No reception area. Over priced for the quality of service. Will not stay there again.
