Really close to town, friendly staff, quiet and clean. A great deal

Price was reasonable and room was clean, but would not stay there again unless I knew the hot water was working in the shower.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was limited. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were the worst. We would stay here again - but we’d bring our own pillows!

It was a great place to stay for a flight out the next day. My grandkids loved the pool, and the breakfast was good too. Something for everyone. The staff upon my arrival and departure were friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient too. This is a great property in the Pullman/Moscow area to stay.

The location was great, close to WSU campus, breakfast included and spacious rooms. Showers spanned Luke warm to hot, and could hear all noise next door, including the party that went on until I knocked at 11:45.

We have stayed here several times while visiting WSU. The hotel is typically a good value for the price, with breakfast included. The only negative this trip is that we did not receive the free drink coupons that were included with our booking.

Building and rooms are quite old but clean. They installed new smart TVs, but they block apps such as Netflix requiring a pass code. I called front desk, they said there were internet bandwidth limitation, so they block these apps. I tried to connect my laptop to the TV, and the input change was also protected by pass code. There were issues with the hot water as well.

Great location. Liked the size of the room we stayed in. Breakfast/dining room was spacious! Bed wasn't very comfortable and our room could use some updating. Also the shower temp kept going up and down as very hot and then very cold.

Staff were fantastic! The property is a little older but works for a place to sleep. It is a bummer they do not have a gym facility.

We are visiting wau veterinary hospital and the staff made our stay so welcoming.
