Nice place to stay! Would stay again!

It was for my wife by herself. She says everything was above and beyond what she expected.

Random guy in the parking didn't help experience. Hotel is a bit gross.

Having only 1 elevator in a hotel is my only complaint. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. Check in and out was smooth, rooms were clean, and complementary breakfast was delicious!

The staff were amazing the room was very clean and accommodating! It was definitely a place I would stay at again! Also they got me in at like 11pm as a hotel I book was not clean they were extremely helpful! I will definitely stay here for future contracts!

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good!

overall, the property was in good shape. Looked like some new paint work had been done. Breakfast was hot and was as good as a hotel CB can get. The only downside was the amount of noise we could hear from the upstairs room when they walked around. Thankfully it was not during quiet hours.

Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the pool. None of the staff were rude, but they weren’t quite friendly either. Overall a bit pricey for what it is, but we did have a pleasant stay

The hot tub was very nice. We appreciate being able to relax after driving all day. There were several places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was a descent stay. The staff was super nice but the room didn't smell the greatest and many of the electrical outlets didn't work.

Room was clean and when I called to get an early check in I the person was polite and accommodating my room was ready at 1pm as I asked. The breakfast was ready and good Yes I would stay there again

Overall, our one night stay was fine. Front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, we had booked a queen room and ended up in a full, as the door lock on the original room was not working and we had to be moved. Looking at the emergency floor map on the backside of our new room door, we could see that this replacement room was half the size of all other rooms on the floor. Disappointing.

For a Best Western Plus, maintenance is lacking. The bathroom faucet was practically falling off. There was carpeting by the fridge that was soaked, with noticeable water on the floor. Miscellaneous dirt and bottlecaps were just under the bed.

Staff was friendly. Had to change rooms when we first arrived due to pet hair being on the couch cushions. Second room was better, but the refrigerator was leaking and maintenance never showed up to address the issue. Management offered no explanation or attempted to at least pacify us for the inconvenience.
