Room had a slight smell. There was dog hair all over the couch. You could see what looked like either water damage or wet wall paper. Also there was some old worn night stands. The furniture overall was kinda worn. Also I was told I needed my card to reach my floor and use the elevator and other amenities but that wasn’t the case. Some stuff needed a card like the weight room, but the elevator and pool I could go in whether I used my card or not. They had signs on the wall and elevator that said they had a game room but that wasn’t the case. Also they advertise the spa, but when I went to try go they were booked up for a couple weeks so it was out of the question. The service was pretty good and everyone was nice for the most part. Valet guys were pretty cool.

The hotel was definitely in need of updating. Carpet was stained & furnishings worn but bed was comfortable. Customer service was very poor. The front desk person was so unfriendly & unhelpful. Barely looked up from her ph. We could never Randy the front desk or housekeeping by ph. On the positive side, the room was clean however I tipped the girl to clean the room. Apparently they don’t do daily service. Most disheartening was the lack of courteous service. Housekeeping could not speak English if & when you could find someone. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I have a good time at the hotel

The staff was friendly. The rooms needed to be updated, but they were large and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. My family and I will book this hotel during our next trip to OKC.

If you have a manual transmission car dont expect to valet park it. Its $34/night but before 9am you have to go get your own car.

Smelled like weed. Decor was old a falling apart. The residents who also stayed there were obnoxious and rude. Overall I would rather stay anywhere else.

This was the worst experience. No soap, no iron, no service. No one cleaned my room from Thursday-Sunday. I had to DoorDash soap after calling and asking for it as well as asking at the front desk. I finally got hotel soap on my last nights stay. I had to call to ask for towels, I finally complained on my last night only because I felt they needed to hear how bad my experience was. The lady comped me 10.00 a night for breakfast that I had already paid for, I will never stay in another one of their properties and I am telling everyone I know to avoid them at all cost.

Beautiful hotel

Overall stay was really nice. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was nice! View especially great! My biggest fuss was when watching TV. There was a very giant obnoxious pop up for sound options that would pop up every 5 minutes and stay displayed for about 2-3 minutes. No option to disable. I believe the TV may have been stuck in demo mode. It could’ve just been my room’s TV but a good idea to look into that. Also suggest adding door tags for do not disturb.

Our room smelled a bit musty on our late arrival. We quickly went to bed in a hurry with the air conditioner on. We were exhausted from traveling. During the night I walked on the carpet without shoes on and realized the carpet was damp, in the morning light we could a large wet spot

Unfortunately, the air did not work very well in the room. It did not keep it comfortable. Also, the hot tub did not work very well.

The pool was closed for maintenance the first day we were there which was a bummer for my daughter, but we still had a great trip. I just wish parking were easier!
