Lift needs to be bigger.

It was amazing, except the parking fees

When I arrived, they gave me a regular room, and I had booked a suite with a jacuzzi. They made the change, but I had to wait an hour and a half for the suite to be cleaned. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The reception employees were so friendly especially Yann. We checked out around 4:30am. Do you have coffee? I asked. He said, not at this time sorry. But after I got in my car he brought me and my wife fresh coffee and cranberry juice for my daughter. Very nice guy.

Our accommodation cancelled last minute so had to scramble to find a hotel in Montreal for the F1 race. This hotel was great and provided a good alternative. Happy it included breakfast but wish parking was free.

Visited Montreal and decided to stay here. Found out it was the F1 racing event on the weekend but was only staying from Wednesday to Friday. Pros: location was good. Close to the places I wanted to see (average 15 minute drive). Reasonable price for room. Free breakfast. Clean room. Cons: fee for parking which I was not advised of, not even at check out. Was charged $23. Although breakfast is free, it’s very limited. Sausage is the only meat available. No bacon. I guess you can’t be too pick if it’s free. A little variety would be nice though.

We had problem with the key. They allocated room which was belong to another guest and once it got shorted out. they were still cleaning the room after checked in which is horrible.

Rooms are clean. Offers a diverse breakfast selection. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Check-in experience was poor. Came in after a long drive, we were initially given keys to the room that was already occupied. The people were nice enough so it did not escalate but we went in the room ready to relax only to find someone else already there. To make it worse, next room given to us had a broken bed. It was missing an entire leg and the leg was not there (which suggests it didn’t break just now). Took us almost 2 hrs to get a room decent enough to actually be in. Other than that, property is well maintained, no smell or foul odour. The breakfast place and staff are very friendly. Location is perfect for someone exploring Montreal and nearby areas. Tons of stores around.

An economical option for our trip to Montreal.
