This hotel would have gotten an overall excellent rating from me except that the rooms on the third floor do not have drapes that close. This meant that the bright light from the street and the parking greatly interfered with my sleep.

Clean and convenient

Nicole as fantastic. She was pleasant and helpful to all even caller. Would come back again.

The staff was very friendly and respectful. They even go the extra mile and remember the names of their guest. Awesome!

Had a quick stay to move daughter out of dorm at NCA&T and hotel was good location, clean, safe, and close to campus. Close to walkable food ans coliseum if you need to go there. Plenty of food around hotel to choose from. Great stay!

The night worker who checked us in was very sweet. The room was clean. The bathroom tub was very patch worked and gross. The breakfast was good as well.

Upon entering the hotel it smelled like a skunk. If that weren't bad enough, the room smells like cat urine, esp in the bathroom. The desk clerk, who is very kind and friendly, said pets are allowed on the first floor. He also said the property had just changed hands and they'll be doing a lot of upgrades and hoping to get the animal smells out of the rooms. Not much consolation for us right now having to endure the smell. Thankfully just a one night stay.

They have little green space to walk your dog and the dog potty area was not clean, very unkempt. The hotel was fine but the neighborhood seemed to have a homeless population and was a bit sketchy. Breakfast was average

Bathroom door was broken. Not the handle or lock. No, the actual door was broken. A whole piece of the wood was ripped, and there were a couple of holes in the remaining. It looks like something happened in this bathroom, and the hotel didn’t care to fix it, and continues to rent out the room. Pay $20 more and go somewhere else.

Customer service was great from Ms Nicole and Mr LaRico..shared great dining options and shopping.

It was a great last minute stay, room was clean and decent. Evening desk clerk was wonderful and very helpful, the morning guy was not so much. I will stay again in the future

Rolls were clean and nice. Bed was comfortable.

It was convenient. A lot of restaurants and gas stations for those that are traveling.

I can not believe that Wyndham would put their name on this property. The rooms were not comfortable. AC was terrible, they had to lock the door at all times due to the drug addicts that are camped out in the bushes. You could not leave anything in your car. I had a homeless person chase one of my young female students through the parking lot. The only decent thing about this stay was the breakfast. Do not recommend if you are bringing young people. Very unsafe. We also had a water line bust in one of our rooms and their fix was to put a towel under it.

Very polite and clean

The Water pressure was very low, the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The room stay at 75 when the air was on high down to 64 degrees. The tub needed some TLC, just not a good look for a major brand hotel.

I loved how spacious my suite. Did not like the location but staff vigilant of any shady characters.
