Courteous and helpful. Room was fine, bed was comfortable and the heater was quiet. Breakfast was not very good. The sausage were like Karbala not breakfast. Good location.

The prices are not always the best, but the app is easy to use

Bed was comfy and javuzzi was small but clean. The windows had mold tho and the cordless phone had gunk inside it. It was SO loud by the door where the bed was that i couldnt sleep in and noise of ppl constantly. Felt like i didnt have privacy. Oh and WIFi was spotty and no smart tv to connect to. Boring channels only. Front desk offered me 20% off but i dont know how to redeem it as I booked through expedia not the hotel.

Blood stained sheets

Very out dated and back door glass was broken and glass everywhere that was not cleaned up properly and was a hazard to guests!

Room was average, only window was to an indoor courtyard. Tv kept reseting to no channels, requiring a 3 minute reset. Homeless person asleep in lobby. Front desk people were nice enough. Would pay more for a different downtown hotel next time.

Staff were excellent. Let me check in early and were very accommodating. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit dated but convenient location. Breakfast was not delicious. I would stay again simply based on how nice the staff were.
