Convenient…only one night stay. Would stay again.

The beds were dreadfully uncomfortable. If you don't appreciate a rock hard bed, best avoid. But the breakfast was good and the pool was great for the kids. The rooms did experience a lot of outside noise though. Could hear everyone walking and doors closing and talking in the hallway quite clearly.

This is our second stay within the last six months. The staff are excellent, the breakfast is good, the location is convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Water slide and hot tub is a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

Good location

Facility was very clean. Pool and hot tub were very warm which is importantly to me. Staff were great. Very enjoyable place to stay. My go to on the north end of Calgary now.

Easy entry off Macleod Trail. Easy check in & a big clean room. Our room was very quiet.

Nothings to say

It would have been better if it had better secured parking - prevent random public acess. Also pool hours could be a little longer - perhaps if it was open a little later.

Staff Excellent

Property was clean. Breakfast is very good for being included. Quiet rooms. The pool is small but the kids loved the slide.

Check in was quick as well as check out the only issue was that the elevator seemed like it needed to be serviced it was a little slow and unsteady.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast, polite staff. Overall area is more industrial so not the best, but we walked to McDonald’s at 2 am and everything was relatively fine.

Ok. Worth price point.

Hard beds breakfast was ok

After checking in, I had to pickup goldfish and jellybeans off our room floor before my littles found them. Our room was not vacuumed. It was dirty. The pool never had any towels. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 4th floor with four small kids. Called front desk to request a blanket and they told us to come get it but only allowed one. We won’t stay here again.

Upon using the pool on Monday night we were forced to share with public paying customers who were getting swim lessons?! There was no mention of this when booking. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the pool, but my kids felt uncomfortable using the slide while the lessons were going on (the pool is very small). The eggs at breakfast were not good and I was burping an unpleasant taste all day after eating them. On the plus side the beds were comfy and the location was close to the c train station.

Enjoyed the stay for the one day. Comfy room. Yum breakfast. Safe and close to the malls for shopping. The swimming pool was fun for 11 year old, not so much for the 4 year old. Pool was too deep for 4 year old to enjoy and we forgot to bring our swim float toys. It would have been nice if there was some float device on site.

The location of the hotel close to mmedities we were wanting to see.

I was on a weekend get away with my Grandson's. We did arrive early, they nicely stored our suitcases until our room was ready. When did arrive at our room there were no towels. I asked a girl in the hallway for towels and she was going to bring some to our room, but never did. I picked up some from the front desk. The next day I asked another lady for hand towels and face cloths and she brought them to our room. The lady in the breakfast room was fantastic.
