The only thing that made this stay unpleasant was the room smelt like spoiled mop water!

Great stay! Room was great. Employees were friendly. The bed wasn’t real comfortable so I slept on the sofa which was fine!

Desk clerk was very helpful, but dirty linen was left in the bathroom and carpet was stained.

I registered for a handicap room but did not get one. No rail by the toilet, no removeable showerhead, no walkin shower, and the bed wasvery high.

The property was outdated and old, rooms were not the cleanest.

Dirty, Dirty Dirty, the clerk that works overnight, hates his job we checked in late and the room assigned to us had dirty sheets, so we went down stairs to get another room, after telling the clerk that the room was not clean, his response was "what you want to do" no apology, not mention he was rude,. The second room we were given smelt like wet carpet, the curtains were stained, as well as the floor.. stained on the wall, we purchased new towels be the towels we were given were stained with brown spots like someone may have used them.. the price was jacked up , the elevator went out.. we have booked here in the past and it wasn't this bad.. this hotel has went down..

Couldn’t get tv to work - switched rooms that didn’t work. Staff needs more instructions on how to set up tv. You need original tv remote to connect to source. Carpet dirty needs replacing. The only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast. The lady working the area did well and kept it clean. Sorry, not staying at this named home again.

Great overnight place. Easy on and off the freeway Room was clean, friendly staff, hot breakfast Will stay there again next time in Monroe And if you need a place to eat make sure and go to Kravins it’s about 1.3 miles from hotel. Food was amazing especially the chicken and waffles and their staff was outstanding

The bathroom had mold, the sheets had blood stains, when arrived we needed to book on the booking app and we chose the wrong date clerk said he could cancel the dates, therefore, we paid twice. I need a refund

The rooms were nice but the carpets are very dirty. Black spots. Red spots. I wore a pair of brand new bright blue sleep socks that were very dirty from the carpets! Not good at all.
