The manager of this hotel is lovely!! And the staff is so kind

Stayed here on the way to Niagara Falls. Downtown is not lively, attractive, nor busy. This hotel entrance is puzzling, not typical. But the room was clean and spacious. The wall unit was rather loud every time it turned on. Overall, it was perfect for our short stay.

This is the second time I stayed in the same hotel. Both visits I found the room, the lobby and the hallway to be very clean, welcoming and friendly. The man behind the desk, I assumed to be the owner, was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was limited, but still good. And the breakfast area was kept very clean. I will absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay—our room was clean, comfortable, and close to first-rate, easily earning five stars on its own. The staff (or owner) was friendly, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel also offered a very competitive rate and had a more appealing look, at least at first glance, than the chain across the street. That said, we did notice a subtle basement-like smell in the hallway, possibly from past water damage—perhaps something to investigate, as the carpet might be the source. It didn’t affect our room experience, but it stood out in contrast to how well-kept the rest of the property was. Breakfast was generous in spirit but might leave heartier appetites looking for more, especially those hoping for meat options. I ended up stepping out for something a bit more filling. Overall, the positives outweighed the small concerns, and we’d definitely consider staying again. With just a couple of tweaks, this place could easily rival top-tier hotels.

I wasn’t sure how our stay would be given the low price. The hotel is very clean the room was updated and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stay here every time we come to the area. The owner is always accommodating for our late check ins and friendly. The rooms are recently updated and clean. The other staff is very friendly as well.

Have not received my deposit back

It was very quiet on a Friday night and I got an excellent rest for my long drive the next day.

Great value

I am a traveling nurse and some hotels will not accommodate the crazy hours people on night shift they cater to daylight hours. I called ahead spoke to the manager explained and he was more than happy to help!! The hotel was super clean, the staff was excellent and willing to help my stay be a great experience. Parking was plentiful and great lighting. I highly recommend this hotel for the clean quiet rooms nice breakfast but the quality staff is really the high point for me!!

I’ve reviewed many times before, and this one proves that I keep going back! Nice, reasonably priced stay. Comfy and quiet, lovely staff.
