Check in and out easy peasy. We were greeted with m &m cookies, lemon water and staff smiles. Room was nice and cool on a 90+ degree day. Breakfast was excellent 👌. I'd stay here again 😁

very clean and spacious room with friendly staff

Great location in North Conway! Super nice hotel with great accommodations and a good breakfast. Very close to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. Everyone that works at the hotel was very friendly and the people at the front desk were very helpful with food recommendations.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast spread in the am was amazing (out did Omni) and parking for the bikes under a tent

Friendly staff, clean property, great location, and a dog greeted us at the front desk. We couldn’t ask for more 🙂.

Best place to stay in for children

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had an iced coffee bar in the afternoon and the breakfast had more items than you’d typically find at this type of hotel.

Staff are very accommodating & friendly. Front desk is avaiable 24 hours. Clean and quiet. Did not try breakfast, but the coffee was good. Pirate's Cove Mini Golf is outside the front door and a huge hit with our son. Located downtown with other hotels and chains; short drive to privately owned shops/restaurants and regional activities
