The room was ok, and affordable. I booked this one because it had breakfast, however the breakfast was terrible. Like the biscuits they had were so hard you could have used them as weapons. The hotel was very noisy late at night. I complained about it but nothing really was done. I dont think we'll stay here again.

Very romantic

Was ok but not even average. Looks like they tried to update a really old rundown hotel and put lipstick on it. Breakfast did not look appetizing so we skipped. Area is not great either. Would not stay again. Stay in Nashville or keep driving past Goodlettsville.

I like how affordable it is and they also price match and as nice as it is you would think it would be expensive.

Very clean very quiet very good breakfast

Had to get different rooms after check-in. Covers were stained, dust in the room from patchwork that was done, tv had a line in it, no tub plugs, hot water did not get very hot, and the pool was to be opened until 10, but closed by 6. You could smell marijuana in the hallways as well. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Staff was nice. I would not stay at this hotel again until the patchwork was completely done and covers were totally replaced.

We had a great experience staying at this Hotel. The only downside is the pool shut down at dark (5:30-6) other than that it is a nice place to stay

We booked this hotel for our kids to be able to swim in the indoor pool during our stay. Upon arriving we were told that the pool light was out and the pool closes at sun down. Would have booked a different hotel if we knew the kids couldn’t swim passed 5 pm.

Waste of money. Room was dirty, the arm rest on the couch looked like someone smeared lotion ( or something else) all over. For threr days there was never any house keeping done for my room. Breakfast was posted 630 am to 9 or 930 am, but at 645 am i go to the kitchen and lights are off. Asked the desk clerk and she said they were running late. And told me to come back in 15 mins. I told her I had to be at work by 7 and was hoping for a quick breakfast. She said she was sorry. All weekend it was the same way. Resevered a room there just for the continental breakfast and because the hotel was 10 mins from where I needed to be for work.

Clean rooms

The area seemed a little sketchy. Upon checkin, the staff was rude and the room was filthy. It was supposed to be a non smoking facility, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. I could not stay in the room because of it. Check in was at 3pm and I left the hotel at 4pm. I have requested a refund from Expedia because this was unacceptable.

There were two roaches crawling on our wall on our room.

Absolutely disgusting property. We found blood on the floor, stains in the bed, holes in the sheets, mold in the bathroom. When we complained we were told to contact Orbitz. Orbitz filed a claim for refund which was denied because we “didn’t tell hotel” which was a blatant lie. DO NOT STAY HERE!
