I have to say I love that have full bottle shampoo and conditioner because I have a LOT of hair. I hate the tiny ones. Our stay was wonderful. I love the room, there was plenty of storage. TV channels were great. AC was great. I would def stay again.

Shower was dirty. Had to clean before getting in. Small bugs kept showing up on floor in room. Pool quality was below average. Continental breakfast was ok.

This is the worst holiday inn that I have stayed at, it faces a noisy highway, the hotel needs to be updated, the breakfast was ok, cinnamon rolls were not fresh but dried out, the egg omelets also tasted very dried out. I have had the same breakfast at many other holiday inns and never had an issue but this was definitely the worst overall. Only good thing was the beds were comfy like all the other holiday inns

Clean. Spot on the ceiling from a leak. Only one shower door worked but didnt effect us.

Convenient to everything we needed

First room didnt have any blinds. Didnt realize tull the next morning when the sun woke us up super early. They were super nice and gave us another room the next day

This is a recently remodeled property. Staff was friendly. Great experience.

Excellent location! New facility

We had a room with a connecting door and it may be because of this but the noise from the next room was extremely loud, we could hear the guy talk and shouting.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good & our room was very nice!

Property was very nice and at a great price.

Elevator was down. Was told it would be fixed in 30 minutes and on day 3 it was still down. Their computers were down and they had to come to my room to see what day I was checking out. We had a big group staying there for a wedding and they messed up their room. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has become my go-to place in Sulphur Springs.

Multiple issue with the employee and wrong rooms

Awesome stay. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good, gym was nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the internet to connect to the tv and watch apps would not work.
