I recently stayed at this hotel during a last-minute business trip and was incredibly impressed by the level of service. I needed quick accommodations, and the staff was truly Johnny-on-the-spot — responsive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was perfect for a business traveler. I especially appreciated how seamless and stress-free everything was from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high-quality accommodations on short notice!

Everyone was very professional. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was above average. The parking lot was safe, bright and tucked away from the main road.

First time at a Best Western Plus and I must say I absolutely loved it. The room was clean and cozy and it was absolutely perfect. The only issue my partner and I had was the drain for the bathroom tub wasn’t draining but it was fixed the same night. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I booked and paid for room month in advance. When i checked in they tried to put me in a smaller room. I told them if i was going in a smaller room there better be a discount. After too long they put me in the room i booked. Nobody needs this after a busy day. You can here your neighbors talk every door that closes. Didn't use the pool because of the other customers making out in it. Bed was comfortable breakfast good. Was not worth the head ach checking in. They also charge $100 for incidentals that you get a week later.

Service was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the place is decent looking but the pool wasn’t clean enough for me to risk getting in, if was it would be 5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay. Wish the Mobility accessible rooms were a bit more elderly friendly. The bed was just a bit high for me, and I had to have help getting into the bed. The hotel is very new feeling, and clean. I appreciate the clean room, and comfortable feeling.

The hotel was very clean and bright. It is still under some construction, but was a pleasant feeling upon arrival. We arrived late on Friday, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The one thing I think could be improved upon, and this is not about the employees, but the design of the rooms. When a room is advertised as Mobility Accessible, it needs to have grab bars all around the tub, next to the toilet, and the beds need to be a little lower. My mom needs accessibility, and we had to improvise to help her get into and out of the bed. We did ask the front desk for a shower chair, and they were able to provide one. And they delivered it in a very quick fashion. The courtyard area is beautiful. The breakfast area is a nice size, and we loved the Nespresso machine. The breakfast options were ok, but we missed having the option for grits or oatmeal, and possibly a breakfast meat. The area was clean, and was taken care of very well. Overall, a very nice property. I would stay again when traveling back to the area.

Clean rooms, hallways and common areas. Very attentive and pleasant staff. Will stay again if in the area.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly. He even set me up with a rewards account to book future stays. Hopefully the website is cheaper than other apps.

The property was getting remodeled. The rooms were beautiful done. There was an issue with the TVs and getting them to work. Most likely due to the remodeling. The cleaning of the room was never specified to us when we checked in. First we were told it was on request. So I requested housekeeping the next day. Then we were told by the same person it was ever other day. In the 5 night stay we never got any housekeeping. They did give you extra towels at the front desk whenever we ask for them.

Didn’t have room we paid for. Made us pay for additional room to have a place for all of our guests to sleep.

A work in progress. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with very nice and helpful workers. The door to the room was misaligned so there was an increasing gap which by the bottom of the door was 1/2 inch. The door locked properly
