Overall Ratings & Reviews Courtyard by Marriott Farmington

Maintenance of the hotel is not kept up. 3rd floor and 2nd floor ice machines did not work. The elevator lights were not working. We kept hoping on elevators going up and not down. We received an email one week away from our stay stating the indoor pool and hot tub were down for remodel. The pool was green when we walked by. No sign of repairs. The door to our room would not close. We had to fight with it each time we came in and out. Only one door out of three in the lobby women's bath room would close properly. The staff was exceptional. They couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The overall up keep of the hotel was pretty bad. The bed was comfortable and our room was clean.

Didn’t get informed until after I booked the room that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations and they weren’t even renovating them.

Great location

We had a great stay here. The only thing I wish they offered was a complimentary breakfast, but we were able to get a great breakfast in town. There are a lot of food options nearby, and the hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful and nice.

It was amazing

The problem was no pool, no free breakfast.

I like how close this property is to the river. I woke up and enjoyed my coffee looking out over the river while it was snowing. Cons, the pool and spa have been broken for a while, yet is still advertised as an amenity

The property is under construction and by no means a 9.2. I generally stay in the Marriott Family and was by far my worst experience.

The room

They gave us our 2nd room dirty but the front desk person was very nice and said sorry and gave us a clean one. We usually check before we stay in a room.

You’ve misspelled my name. It’s Michelle not Michael. When checking in very close to town we were not informed that the bar would be closing soon so thankfully we were able to get a couple of snacks. The door to our hotel room it looked like it had been broken into, but other than that the facility was very clean and I was impressed with your lobby area, and staff was very friendly.

Pool closed. Bar could not make mixed drinks. The only reason we booked there.

Not very hot water to shower. Pool closed. The staff for restaurant not very friendly and messed up my Starbucks drink put oat milk instead of regular milk in my chai. Called me a liar when I told them
