Pool lobby staff airport shuttle awesome. Internet and tv terrible. Spoton bathroom wall by toilet disgusting

Very clean, very friendly staff

Property was clean, and help was helpful...however, the tv and remote just never worked.

The cleanliness and the comfortable bed. All the front desk employees were cordial.

There was an additional $20 charge on my credit card that I did not authorize or make any purchases

We arrived at the Courtyard by Marriott at 11:00 pm after a long drive. After unloading our luggage I parked the car only to find that the hotel charges for parking. Now this is not an urban hotel that needs a parking garage, but an open air parking lot with no additional security. To be charged extra for parking is ridiculous. I would much prefer that the room rate be increased and have parking included.

We booked Marriott knowing the need would be great. The room was nice and clean. We requested an accessible bathroom and didn't get one. Little things weren't taken care of, extra towels, lotion, etc.

Nice helpful staff. Comfy bed, A/C somewhat loud but I brought my oscillating fan so it helped drown out that noise. People across hall open/close door often throughout the night. Clean well maintained room. Restaurants not too far away. We ate at The Wok, food was great. And Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe, sandwiches A+. Willard, Mo just down the street has Darla’s Diner, great breakfast.

Trouble with AC in the room and front desk clerk was so kind an accommodating and helped me move to another room immediately.

Meanwhile, the 24-hour fitness center allowed us to maintain our workout routines. The hotel’s garden, terrace, and outdoor fireplace offered serene spots for relaxation after a day of activities.  Dining and Convenience The on-site restaurant, The Bistro, served a variety of American cuisine options suitable for both adults and children, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. The availability of a snack bar and coffee shop added to the convenience, ensuring that quick bites and beverages were always within reach. Very clean. Doors don't seem like they are flush to the frame so a lot of light from hallway but it does secure fine. Also lids to coffee cups in room didn't fit and no bar soap to wash hands at sink were the only "issues.". Nothing to defer us from using this hotel again!

The property was great but we were unable to eat breakfast there was no cook. We did get a muffin and coffee but we were looking forward to eating breakfast

Property was newly renovated and nice. Staff was very friendly. Biggest complaint is the charge for overnight parking. That is absolutely ridiculous especially for the room rate. Will not stay here again due to that factor.

Bar and restaurant was closed that day due to not enough employees.

Room over and lobby were fine. You can hear outside traffic at night. Hall lights very bright and go through the door.
