Over several nights, I experienced multiple bites while sleeping — and on the last night, my son also woke up with bites. He later told me he saw dead bugs in the bed before sleeping. I also discovered a pest monitoring device under the bed, which suggests this was a known issue. When I raised my concerns to hotel staff, I was dismissed and blamed, and despite speaking with the manager, I was told I would not receive a refund because I didn’t have “evidence.” I have photos and documented the entire interaction, and I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. At the very least, I expected care and accountability — instead, I was made to feel like I was lying. Avoid this property if you care about safety and respectful treatment

We REALLY enjoyed our time this weekend in Naples. The hotel was PERFECT. The location, the room, the pool. Carson at the front desk was INCREDIBLE. Please see to it that she gets our high praise. She gave us spectacular recommendations for places to eat, shop, and play. If we come back to Naples, we would stay here again.

Overall very good stay but the property shows signs of decline, some areas smell like mold. Breakfast is expensive and mediocre.

An absolutely exquisite hotel, which was extremely great value for money. Very friendly staff, fast and easy check in. Rooms were a very good size, well furnished, comfortable bed and very quiet. A great selection at breakfast and the conversation with Janet ensuring everything was to our satisfaction was welcome. A great stya and would highly recommend

The staff was so friendly and accommodating especially Karson at the front desk. She was so outgoing and welcoming. She even helped us with a dinner suggestion. We were disappointed she was off the day we checked out and we weren’t able to say goodbye and thank you

We had a clean comfortable room. That's mostly what I'm looking for. The pool area is nice, and the water was warm! I didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant/bar area looked nice. There were always a few people in there in the evening it seemed. Maid service was first rate. A few days earlier I was at The Paris in Las Vegas where it was spotty, so that was refreshing. It's also a good location, and only 30 minutes from RSW.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food excellent, decor beautiful, felt more upscale and relaxing.

Stayed for a work trip. Greeted with kindness each time I walked by the front desk and when I visited the on sight restaurant. Clean property, nice room for the value. Pool was decent.

The entire customer service experience at this hotel is truly exceptional right from check-in through to room cleaning staff. The hotel has chosen and trained exceptional individuals who treat the customer so well. They listen, and go the extra mike from check-in to room cleaning staff. The rooms are large and beautifully renovated. There are some very good restaurants close by. 20 out of 10, tha k you.

Great place to stay. Karsen was a delight, and so helpful and informative. Breakfast was great.
