I give this stay a mixed review. Welcome cookies were a nice touch but our room type wasn’t available when we checked in so we had to adapt to a different room type with 4 people. The hot tub was freezing and the pool also so cold that we ended up going to a park instead of swimming. The room was fine from a cleanliness standpoint. Staff was pleasant. We had major noise problems the first night when a college baseball team would not stop yelling through the hallways. The management did not seem to care that they were drastically impacting other guests’ stay. If the team hadn’t left the second night, we would have. Hotel is convenient to Fun City activities.

Super friendly staff!

My friend and I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was open and working before we booked at this hotel. We were told it was. When we arrived the hot tub was closed due to maintenance and had been closed for 2 days and we called the morning of our stay. We chose this location because of the hot tub. We werent offered a discount of any kind. Very disappointed.

Rooms and beds are great. Pool not operating when we’re paying price gouging prices for a soccer tournament weekend is unacceptable. Many sad children

Had to switch rooms twice due to deficiencies. 3rd room was excellent.

Guests were screaming at the front door all morning well past 3am, no receptions to call and complain.

Very clean and great breakfast and close to our wedding venue. It accommodated all our family and friends.

Staff had food sitting on front desk. They told us complimentary cookies would be put for guests and they never were. Elevator areas were dirty.

Very, very nice

Room we received first was very dirty. Requested a different room. Got upgraded to suite which was excellent except for group of women in room next to us who partied at 1:30 am. Woke us up. Banged on wall to stop them. Lots of street noise and a car alarm during night too.

We were greeted with the biggest, outgoing smile from Davis when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were both fantastic. Staff throughout out stay was so warm and friendly. Excellent customer service. Felt like family. Our room was fresh, clean and very comfortable. Lots of natural light during the day and ample lighting options at night. Breakfast was so delicious. So many yummy choices, all piping hot and fresh. Other guests were happy and outgoing. The mini market was a great asset to have. Affordable prices too. The swimming pool and hot tub were a delight as well. Plenty of parking. Convenient to travel to and from. We can not wait to come back and stay again.

Booked this property for my employees. They couldn’t stop talking about how good the breakfast was. Would highly recommend.

Quick business trip - checked in at 1:00 am and left at 7:00 am. Clean, safe, friendly front desk.

The room was great we just had some problems with the door. Figured out to open it pulling up inst4ead of down and no worries.
