The front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. The rooms are outdated but clean. The breakfast was minimal. The outdoor pool is closed

I did not expect a five-star hotel. I didn't pay much for the room. I chose this property for the easy (off and on) of the highway. Please fix the musty smell and for goodness sick provide regular bread for toast.

Some upgrades required after all this rain weve been having. Celing by elevators on 3rd floor had a leak. Overall nice stay will stay again

My daughter and I have stayed here several times! We love it! They are always friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean and check in/check out is easy and simple! One of our favorite hotels!

The room had a damp feel /smell. It was very clean though and the service was very good.

Overall the stay was fine. However, they have phones in the room that have no wires or cords —- no service at all. They are there simply for show. Very frustrating.

Good value for the money. Good breakfast selection, comfortable room. Room was reasonably clean; there was some kind of splatter on the headboard and the sink drained very slowly, but everything else seemed to be in order.

Pillows were dirty and the bathroom was dirty . there were suspicious people walking around the property.

Television did not work, only one channel worked. So we had to watch TVLand Mayberry RFD all evening. Sheets had black inky stains. Carpet is worn, drapes were shredded. Bathroom was clean. Room had poor lighting.

Front desk check-in was outstanding! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really made us feel welcome.

Coffee pot in room was so dirty it was stuck to the coffee pot. Breakfast sausage was cold like it had just been taken out of the fridge. Traffic noise was terrible
