I had a great experience on my first time staying; however, the 2nd (this one) was horrible! The Indian lady upon greeting me kept questioning me about breaking her ties, smoking in the room, as told me I shouldn’t steal from the room. I was never in trouble during murkiest stay; however, I felt discriminated against. I was teary eyed checking in, during my whole stay of 2 days- I wanted it over with. I kept thinking: I’ll never get a room again at Quality Inn in the future. I deserve to be treated with respect, as well as equal like everyone. Tiffany can confirm I was a good guest on my 1st visit with a jacuzzi room with my two daughters that swimmed. Tiffany was nice to me. I know Tiffany would know, how the Indian lady treated me was wrong, wanting a 100 deposit, I didn’t have, and treating me horribly. I was afraid my money was gone forever, my card was charged, and the Indian lady came to my car stating: I can give you a room. Don’t do anything wrong because I can get in trouble. I only had one daughter with me Halee- she told me: Mom, I dont want to go swimming. I don’t want to go in the exercise room. She was afraid of running into the Indian lady that calls herself a manager. She needs better customer service skills! I will NEVER be back. My daughter and I felt unsafe after ehat she did. My room was 119. You can see my daughter and Iwalking outside together, as I was going to smoke in my car. I seen another woman leave my first night there. She was visibly upset.

Non smoking room had a faint odor of cigarette smoke, but it wasn't horrible. Desk apologized for the odor. Something happened that breakfast was very skimpy. Pretty much just instant oatmeal and biscuits, but staff apologized for that also. Overall a perfectly fine stay.

Good stay when you're on s budget. Staff was very friendly and hotel eas very clean. Microwave in room and large sized mini fridge. I just recommend bringing your own pillow.

The property was disgusting! My husband and I actually didn’t sleep in the bed we were afraid of bedbugs. The room smelled very musty and there was mold on the walls. We drove 7 hours back home after we checked in!

I had to stay due to weather. It was close to the hospital and convenient. Bed was not uncomfortable. It is an older hotel, so the normal smells come with that. Normal decent breakfast.

Booked two nights but left after one night due to weather conditions improving. The one night was decent your average budget friendly hotel. Only complaint is it shows a spa tub in pictures but room didn’t have it.
