Well located hotel but hardly slept due to saggy mattress.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff

Very hard working staff. Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Very busy at breakfast time Good selection of food etc. X18 bus stops outside hotel on main road to go to statford. £3 each way. Takes about 15 mins. So easy. Defo would stay again

Arrived early and paid for car park with discount. Nice friendly receptionist who gave us a lot of help with bus times and how to get into Stratford or Warwick. On return we were checked in and asked which floor we'd prefer to have a room on. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food. We would stay there again

Short trip, 1 night menu wasnt great in terms of choice for tea. Hotel staff were great, couldnt do enough to help. Would def return if passing that way.

Very good stay. Other than noisy customers in the early hours all was very good.

I thought the hotel and staff very good

Bed was a small double but comfortable. Evening food in the restaurant was a big disappointment. Excluding the evening meal the hotel offers good value for money.
