Great location, very clean property, great for families

Clean, helpful staff, well located, spacious and well appointed rooms . The ricochet cafe / bar had limited options and was oppressively overpriced.

The view of our original room was horrendous. It felt like they were prejudice towards families with children and Asians. We had to pay $60 for an upgrade for it to not be a great room. The manager first told us it was $80 and tried to upsell it when the employees said it was $60. Felt the staff was dishonest and annoyed to answer questions. Recommend other hotels in the area. Very disappointing for a Fairmont. We requested a crib and did not get it till 6 hours after check in.

Nothing special compared to other hotel

Beautiful property, well appointed. We intend to return in the fall to enjoy the area.

Had a great stay at the Fairmont. the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The pool area outside was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay

Amazing staff, room amenities.

We loved this hotel for traveling with the whole family. It has a great location for skiing. Clean, big, spacious room. Friendly staff. Great restaurants! Would def stay here again.

Always a pleasure to come to the fairmont tremblant. A bit expensive but we always enjoy it there.
