Clean room, friendly staff

Clean room, excellent distance from Union Station (across the street) and Scotiabank Arena. The breakfast menu is expensive, but to be expected.

Loved it! We had a great time here, the staff was amazing, the room was awesome and the location was perfect for what we had planned in Toronto.

Didn't have anything

The room we had this time was a nice size, but close to the elevators which we could hear running most of the night (the actual mechanics of the elevators), however I have also stayed in a smaller room before that was slightly less comfortable, so I think it just depends where you are on the floor. Regardless, the service was great, ind love the hotel, amazing upgraded gym, and super comfortable beds.

Everything was fantastic, from check-in to check-out. Even with the little hiccups we encountered our stay was very enjoyable. My lil one was a little sad that there were no Easter activities. When he asked the concierge they almost let it slip about the

Hotel property is good and the location too is great

Fantastic location, and beautiful lobby area, including the bars and restaurant. Cocktails in the library bar were high quality. Very comfortable bed, but the walls are very thin, meaning lots of noise consistently audible from other rooms.

Luxury hotel with amazing guest service. We caught a red eye flight with a 7 month baby and were so exhausted, luckily rooms were available and we were able to check in at 11am. Can’t even put how grateful we were for that! Extremely convenient as lower level had shops, pharmacy, and food court so we didn’t have to leave into the cold if we needed anything. Location is in the center heart of downtown Toronto. We walked 10min to Roger’s center for the blue jays game. Bars and restaurants just across the street of the hotel and union station right in front for easy transportation to and from YYZ airport
