The property is updated with the new management and it shows, the gym facilites are outstanding

Great place to stay.

Staff at front desk really bad. Service at restaurant amazing Service bellboys amazing Room service food really bad, missed my order twice

Everything was good except the AC was not working properly, not cold enough even when set at thelowest

The hotel was nice, and the pool view from our room was a great touch. Still, a few things fell short. Check-in felt rushed and not very welcoming. I didn’t receive the wine or room upgrade that comes with my Expedia Gold status. The shower had great water pressure, but the drain was slow and caused water to pool. After a long travel day, I didn’t feel up to asking for the missing perks, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.

Nos dieron la habitacion 430 , el baño se inundo, nos cambiaron a la habitacion 441 movimo todo y el cuarto estaba sucio y el baño se voivio a inundar , nos cambiaron 451 . Por fin la habitacion estaba bien. Pero no nos dieron una disculpa ni nada. Cabe mencionar q nos cambiaron a la 1 am y después a las 2 am. No dormimos mucho debido a los problemas con el baño en dos ocasiones .

Clean great staff

Esta bien. Esta en una zona algo alejada del centro. Pero está entre lo que parece ser la zona rica y el centro. Asi que estás alejado de la parte de Morelia donde vive la gente que va a trabajar a esa área.

Hotel Cantalagua Morelia is nice property in the heart of the park is quite silent if you don’t want any noise and very well taking care

Hotel Cantalagua is a pleasant surprise the hotel is isolated in a forest area inside the park, although is an old property is very well taking care, the personnel is very friendly breakfast is a little bit expensive but is decent I will return to Cantalagua

The staff are very friendly, I liked how clean our room was when we came in and I really enjoyed the variety of the breakfast options that they have. Will come again soon.

Breakfast buffet is really good

Staff was so friendly & helpful. Beautiful facility & grounds. Clean room & comfy bed & plentiful pillows. A/C was a plus. No washcloths were provided but we received 2 towels. Hot shower with good water pressure. We will definitely be back!

SERVICE WAS NICE, ROOM VERY CONFORTABLE THE VIEW AMAZING!! JUST THE POOL WAS DIRTY BECAUSE IT IS AN SMALL POOL OVERCROWDED BUT EVERYTHING WAS REALLY GOOD

I was so impressed with this place. It was clean and comfortable and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Fantastic value for the fair price. If I go back to Morelia, Im definitely staying here again.

Hotel bonito con buenas instalaciones, lo único que deberían de tener alguna política para reservar las Canchas de tenis, ya que un huésped que llegó un día antes reservó las Canchas todos los días y todo el día y ni las ocupaban y tampoco las liberaban

The hotel is under new admininistration, and the improvements are taking long time to be seen. Expedia status not even acknowledged

Hotel feels outdated, elevators were terrible..extremely slow. Food is amazing thought, best part about this hotel is the diner and amazing food they serve. This is not included in price. Mxn 280 per person
