The place was beautiful, the heated pool was the icing on the cake because the weather this time of year (Early Feb) is warm during the day and chilly at night. It’s a vineyard and they sell a few bottle of wine made from their grape. I haven’t tried mine yet. ☺️ I stayed in a regular 2 bed room. The only thing I would say to be aware of is, the shower. It was huge and beautiful, but the door was a push or pull to open, it’s a walk in. So where it opens there was enough of an opening to where you can clearly see in and The shower is positioned right next to the sink and on the other side is the toilet in its own enclosed room. So someone is bound to see you. I was there with my grandma so we really didn’t care but something to consider if you’re traveling with other families.

El hotel es extraordinario y los avances que han echo en el área del viñedo son excelentes, la atención del personal en general es excelente. Sin embargo en el área del restaurant interno en donde está la chimenea , cuando esta está prendida la ropa se impregna del olor a leña , la variedad de platillos es reducida y en la noche el personal no está de muy buen humor . .

They have two restaurants, and one of them, the Italian restaurant, closes most of the week. The main dining area is very nice looking, but expensive. They do not like to offer breakfast menus, even saying that "it will take a long time" and forcing you to get the buffet. Compared to other restaurants, the buffet is also very expensive for what is typically served in other restaurants in hotels in Queretaro. The quality of the food was okay; the tortillas de maiz were old and stale. Once, I ordered from the menu, and I spent two and a half hours for lunch, waiting for my bill for 40 minutes. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is excellent. The vineyard is also a nice place to see. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for eating in the area, forcing you to eat at their restaurant.

Near the Rooms Was smelling really bad The check in was terrible more than 40 minutes traing to finde my reservation even I give them the number of confirmation
