A cost friendly motel with free continental breakfas t- cannot complain. The room itself was clean, modern and included microwave and a full size fridge ( room 17 ). Geeat stay - the only problems were the ambient noise from other guests and a bit of road noise ( byt where doesn't that happen. Bed was great but the base structure was a little noisy when moving in bed.

I had an extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. After the first room clean, all of my towels were removed and not replaced. When I went to reception to ask for fresh ones, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking for a basic necessity. The bathrooms are absolutely atrocious, poorly maintained, unhygienic and well below any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the TV in the room didn’t work at all, which just added to the frustration. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything. For two nights in a row, right around midnight, it sounded like a freight train was running straight through the room. Whether it was plumbing, machinery, or something else, it made it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Olive Tree. Lovely receptionist who made sure our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, great room and would recommend this motel to everyone.

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful, room was spacious, spotless and quiet, bed was v comfortable. My stay couldn't have been better!!

This was the most thoughtfully run motel I’ve stayed at. Everything was well organised, and the service was exceptional—truly comparable to a five-star hotel.

Basically faculties, renovated to remain acceptable. Wouldn’t be my first choice in town but did the job.

Beautifully clean room and gorgeous touches with a couple of little chocolates to go with a cuppa in our room, and the included breakfast was just fantastic. Bed was comfy and shower was good, if a bit tight on space in the bathroom. But a few things could have been better - the safety chain on our room door was broken, as was the light switch for the main room light. However overall good hospitality and a comfy bed in a really clean environment absolutely fit the bill.

Manager the nicest ever

Great place to stay. The room was spacious with a very comfy king bed, personalised with the name of the staff member who serviced it. Breakfast included in the room tariff is always a plus. The breakfast room was well set out with a great breakfast selection with lots of little extras. The motel owners were very responsive and personable and I will certainly stay again for a holiday trip.
