I had the impression that FLETCHER Hotels stood for "COMFORT" but if this is what they describe as "comfort", I'll certainly would never stay at any of this hotel group's properties again. The rooms are small and very sparsely furnished and the lighting is so minimal that it is laughable. Did Pinochhio design this for a group of toddlers? One wonders! The only "desk" was a round table with a diameter slightly larger than a bar stool and two small chairs. There is no way that a couple can spend some time in the room just relaxing. The restaurant was disappointing. The location is only good for people who come by car. Better stay in the center of town.

We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot.

I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back. There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price. It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Super friendly staff and a very decent restaurant. Definitely will come back here.

A very nice and clean hotel

Good place to stay for a single night on a business trip. Good restaurant, decent WiFi, free parking on site and comfortable.

Great hotel sadly never got to use the pool or sauna. Did use the restaurant and the food was excellent good selection and the quality was spot on would recommend this hotel for the price the amenities and the excellent bar and restaurant lots more to do and see around but sadly I was working.

Good for a business trip. All facilities are in place. Reasonably good wi-fi.

Recently refurbished, nice rooms & restaurant. Service in the bar & restaurant was very slow though, not enough staff and those that were there didn't seem in any hurry!

Overall a nice stay. The staff is very friendly and the newly renovated facility is very attractive

The hotel needs a total renovation. Overpriced. The elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our luggage tobte second floor. No help offered by the hotel personal.

Booked specifically for the use of the pool. The hotel is under full construction. All facilities including the pool unavailable. Only informed at check in that this was the case. Too late to cancel booking at this point. Hotel is a building site. Lift out of order. Staff were polite but unhelpful in trying to resolve the problems.

nothing close to photos on expedia, worn out. had the room delivered to me with no prior ventilation, dirty bathroom floors, there was construction at sight and had been informed of this only after the booking was made - hotel sent an email. prefer not to stay there unless obliged to.

Good Hotel facilities e.g. Swimming pool and sauna. Bowling was available for extra charge but lacked air conditioning.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful receptionist when we arrived. This hotel is very good value for money, clean and comfortable which is exactly what we needed. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't rate the food.

No parking when it was clearly stated that it was possible. The receptionist didn't mention the restaurant that we couldn't find on our own. Won't go again.
