Booked a room with two beds and then they said there wouldn't be any and told us to use the couch

Very comfortable, nice room and great personnel!

Need a card for the elevator and could not get to a higher level than your own floor so we had to take the stairs with a baby to go visit our friends in their room

Blocked toilet

We stayed 2 nights, the first night w as a wonderful. Went back because we liked so much the first night. However, the staff at the desk were not welcoming as the first night. We were given a room on a lower floor it was smoky and musty.

Spotless, great rooms, great size. Checked in very late. Roger welcomed me like i was bothering. Im Obviously coming from a visible minority, Hated the looks and energy. Usually staff is flawless and super professional. 🤔

The check in was smooth and they have friendly staff. A nice location and central to the area we wanted to be in. Easy access to the highway and it was quiet.

Cozy, clean room, friendly staff. The family was delighted with the pool and spa.
