Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Our room was organized by cleanong staff but they neglected to leave us any clean towels for the morning. Around 10:00 pm I was on my way to the lobby to inquire about towels. I stepped into the elevator to finf myself trapped inside on the 4th floor. I eventually made contact with the night manager who was able to move the elevator to the main floor. He apologized, gave me towels for the room and escorted me back to my room through the alternate elevator. While inquiring the next morning about being compensated for my troubles I was informed that because I booked through Expedia there was little they could do for me. Eventually, he offered me a complimentary breakfast but only me, not my husband. I was unable to use the coupon as we had prior commitments. I found the overall experience to be rather disheartening. Considering they display a customer satisfaction guarantee within the room. I am now fearful and untrusting of elevators, I had no idea how or when I would get out of there. I would reconsider staying at this propery again.
