Room was excellent, pool was nice. Didn’t use the bar but it looked good. We only stopped one night on route from Banff. Too far from Kelowna to make the most of it but we took a little drive Peachtown for the beech which was nice

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary in the same time as our stay and they elevated the experience. The staff were amazing.

Clean and recently renovated room, would definitely stay again. The cookies are not the traditional Double Tree Hilton cookies though and a bit far from many places.

The Doubletree Hilton was excellent on many levels. To be greeted with warm delicious cookies was a lovely surprise! The indoor/outdoor pool was very clean and we enjoyed it. We had one incident where housekeeping forgot to give us new towels but not a big deal in the overall experience. Would definitely return!😊👍

Every thing was very good except the air conditioning unit is very uncomfortable. It blows extremely cold air directly on you while on the bed.

Very happy with the room, the pool and outside deck were beautiful, staff was very helpful and allowed me to use the boardroom for an important Zoom meeting I had. Will definitely be booking to stay there again and the warm cookies were a nice added touch.

Advertises free breakfast but we didn't get any because they said we booked thru Expedia .. Dirty glasses and ice bucket left in room because "we may still be using them" poor cleaning staff Bathroom amenities not replaced.. wash cloth, makeup remover.. Pool area was great.

Great hotel

Our check-in experience was easy and quick and the front desk staff were helpful. Getting a luggage cart for check in and check out was near impossible. We were told there was only one luggage cart and that it was likely in someone's room since the staff couldn't locate it in the hallways. The room was comfortable and stocked well with a nespresso machine which was a treat! The blinds unfortunately in the room weren't large enough to block out the light from the lights in the parking area and the curtains were decorative and weren't able to be pulled across the window. The outdoor pool area had comfortable chairs and was well set up for socializing and relaxing. Overall we wouldn't be likely to stay here again as a first choice.

Restaurant staff were great, building was new. Rest of the experience left for a lot to be desired

The hotel is new so the rooms have flooring rather than carpet. The cathodes roomy and the shower head has lots of pressure. The pool area has a sitting area with comfy chairs and couches, as well as a fire table and a huge outdoor TV where we watched the World Cup games. The restaurant has great food and drinks can be brought to the outdoor pool area. My stay was fantastic!

Staff was friendly and very helpful but overall it was an average experience and for the rate I think I would choose differently if I were to stay in the area again.

Beautiful pool, well appointed and clean room, comfortable bed. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. My partner and I would stay again for sure!
