They advertise as pet friendly with no specific details mentioned, upon check in I was initially denied as they do not allow cats and have a 2 “pet” minimum, after being told to contact Expedia for a refund and I explained the hotels policy is no refunds per the hotel’s refund policy via Expedia, so Expedia cannot refund, along with another guest checking in, agreeing with me that they should specify what actual pets they accept and the limit. I contacted Expedia as advised by the front desk but the manager called back up to the front desk and said they would fulfill the reservation
