Cleanliness

Bad experience, so dirty room, the bathroom looked like someone was there and they didn’t clean after, even the towels were so dirty one of them had like some blood. Not matter how cheap it’s a hotel, the cleaning must be essential.

The Tub wasn’t clean, the hot water tap needs fixed and the vent over the toilet looks about ready to fall at any second. Reported it to the front desk when I went to check out.

The room was adequately clean. The room is vastly in need of updating. The online pictures were not representative of the current room conditions. The pillows were old and uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice, clean and had neat clean layout. Location is excelent for eating with several restaurants, both fast food and sit down, located in walking distance.

Room was spotless and staff was great.

We rented the Queen room w Jacuzzi - the jets were not strong at all. convenient hotel location many food places and shops nearby. the breakfast offered is hardly a selection - juice is watered down. great place to stay for a cheap night to crash.

Staff was nice. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the shower handle fell off, leaving gross bits in the tub. One of the towels also had a red stain.

Easy and fast check in, clean room, few irems were in disrepair, good value for the money.

6.5/10 Check in and check out process was smooth. Staffs are polite and helpful. Not bad for the price.Some of the fixtures in the bathroom are old and worn.

I would love to give a review of the Lexington Hotel but I was always taught that if you do not have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all. Honestly the problem with the Lexington was 4 days out of 4 days we arrived back to our room that had not been touched by housekeeping. The first day we complained and they made the bed. The following three days they did nothing. No clean towels no beds made up absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable as one of the joys of staying in a hotel is coming back to a clean room with clean towels and made beds. Horrible experience staying at the Lexington.
