This is my first time staying at Hampton, and I am very pleased! It will be my place to stay when visiting Tulsa.

The Hotel was under construction. It would have been helpful to know that before I booked the room. Fire Alarms going off, elevator intermittently working, not the type of thing I need to deal with after traveling all day!

When booking that I am notified that there is renovations taking place at the hotel. I was a little disappointed when we showed up that we didn't know that this was going on.

The breakfast attendent was so sweet.

The hotel was undergoing renovations on the bottom floor was dusty and dirty. Exits/entrances were blocked by construction. The room air conditioner was disturbingly loud and interfered with sleep with us getting maybe only 3-4 hours of sleep per night. Staff seemed unconcerned and frequently used booking through a “3rd party (Expedia) as an excuse for their failures. Third party bookers are definitely treated as third class customers at this hotel.

We liked the ambience and location

I Disliked the Crazy lady who served breakfast. Was rude and Slamming things around. Loud and very Unhelpful! Not to mention the busted side door and all the Construction going on Inside

The placed us in a room directly under where they were doing renovations and construction, and also across from the pool, our second night there was sleepless and extremely noisy. We brought it up to the front desk and they were very nice. And our last night was much better. The breakfast was great, and the staff serving was wonderful and lively. All staff was kind and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Some out the furniture definitely needed replacing but it was fine for what we needed.

This Hotel was so good!! From the receptionist Keith to the housekeeping!! The breakfast was impressive and our room was so clean and comfortable!! Awesome place to stay by yourself or with family!!

Room is.nice size. Bed is comfortable. Check-in was easy.

Everything was wonderful and so helpful for my needs.

The room was quiet and clean. And, staff was courteous, particularly the breakfast hostess.
