I’m sorry to complain. Everyone who worked there was so nice and amazing. However, our stay was less than enjoyable. We just needed a few hours sleep to continue our drive and we were unable to get rest. Our floor was noisy the entire night. From 12 am till 6:45am, there was no peace. People were screaming in our hallway the entire night. At one point we heard an employee try to reprimand them and threaten to throw them out. This still didn’t stop them. And add the elevators weren’t working and we were in the 3rd and 4th floors. Breakfast was a mess too. We ended up not eating and just leaving because of the other guests being so loud and dirty. Again not the hotel workers fault but completely unacceptable. We paid $420 to get some sleep and couldn’t. Awful experience

Staff was great. Had to switch room due to the toilet not work but beside that the other room they gave us was great.

Quick and easy spot to stay by the Auto train station.

The receptionist was very kind to help take my luggage upstairs as the elevators were packed with many guests waiting. It was a nice welcome of my name on the television when I entered the room.

wonderful breakfast and staff was amazing.

The staff was thoughtful and accommodating. We checked in late (10:30 pm.) The desk clerk changed our room because there was a large group of children staying in the room directly over our original room. I appreciated the thoughtfulness as we were tired from traveling and had more driving to do the next day. We needed our rest. Thank you!

Suite was perfect for our family.

My room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, there is a slight musty odor but tolerable.

A great place to stop as we were driving south. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast came with price of room. Pretty standard offerings. Bed was a tad hard. Pillows too soft. Funny. It felt clean enough but just a few things - entry floor was sticky, shower was slippery. We managed. One thing that I thought was not good was one outlet behind a desk was pretty exposed (cover half off) and the other outlet was loaded with a multi plug extension. I would have that fixed.

It was good for the price with breakfast included. Orange juice and sausage was good.

A indian man on the night shift was very rude for no reason.

It was fine for one night, we booked a king room and got 2 queens, we had just driven 12 miles so I was too tired to go and ask for my king room. The Man that checked me in was nice, The bed was too hard , my body hurt all night. But that’s a gamble you take at hotels

It would be nice to have another chair I. The room. Otherwise nice stay. Night checkin person was great

Good hub for us. Area around property has a lot of vacant stores. Doesn’t feel unsafe. Doesn’t feel welcoming either.

I overall liked my stay . But the complementary breakfast wasn’t good

Very nice hotel. The heating unit turned on the AC to lower the temp. Made it very cold. Room service was spotty. Every other day cleaning. They didn’t get to me until 4pm. No thanks. Breakfast was great.
