Highly highly highly recommend - staff was super friendly and from check-in I was immediately offered refreshments after a long day of travel. Location is also conveniently a 5 min walk from the metro and has so many things to explore in the neighbourhood (including the restaurant downstairs which I also really liked!). Even the details - honey packets, oat milk creamers, the welcome card, le labo toiletries, and the speaker in the room. Felt very well taken care of during my stay.

The room was nice, the amenities were also nice and the hotel location is very good. I almost never complain about stuff, but I had a situation with someone from the hotel staff that entered my room without knocking while I was naked in my room, and that wasn’t nice. So in general, the hotel was very good but that situation alone was enough for me to feel I did not have a great experience there.

This was my favorite hotel. I wanted to bring it with me for the rest of my travels. Summer heat wave hit Vienna, temps of 101, but this hotel had the best AC, so it was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and staff were super kind and helpful. Close to cool restaurants and metro. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay with our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond. We had a leak in our room due to the air conditioner, and they promptly moved us to another room and comped us dinner the next night. The decor and ambiance felt like a boutique hotel, and the restaurant was vibey and delicious. Would stay here again.

Everything about the hotel, the room, the extraordinarily kind, helpful, competent, and efficient staff at the front desk, all was exceptional. The only problem was that the lobby was not air-conditioned and so when one enters of the hotel in summer heat like we’ve been having recently, one actually doesn’t want to be there. Management must air-condition the lobby. The other problem is that there is a flight of steps to get into the hotel and no way around it. No way of summoning anybody to help with luggage if you can’t manage. But both of these are things that I think management will be able to take care of and other than that. It’s a wonderful, wonderful hotel and in a fantastic neighborhood with super proximity to the Museum Quarter.

Staff is excellent, especially Milena. A big “Thank you”to her. My arrival flight in Vienna was quite early in the morning, so the hotel room could not have been ready. Milena suggested to use the refreshment room. It made such a difference after a very long flight from Canada.

The rooms are lovely. It's a little hard to access the hanging clothes in the wardrobe (normal doors, instead of sliding doors, would have been a better solution). The presonal welcome note was a lovely touch, as well as the kettle, water, tea and coffee in the room makes the stay that much better. The air con was a life saver in the heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. It is a very lovely hoteal and I wish I had had time to sit in the bar as it looked very nice.
