The place was a little tired, but overall okay for the price. There was black mold on the bathroom walls and the tub faucet dripped all night.

Room was dirty bathroom and bathtub was dirty

No one was on site when we arrived at 5PM. I searched the hotel looking for someone to check in with. Finally, I found a tipped over sign with a call button under it. Real hotels are staffed and don't make guests wait 20 minutes to check in. When the person finally came, she was dressed as a worker for the gas station next door. Best Western, this in not okay. The hotel is in a sketchy residential neighborhood with residents revving their muscle cars late at night and a construction site across the street. Breakfast was dismal.

Appreciated that the front desk staff moved us to a room closer to the exit door for the puppy. Front desk & breakfast staff were friendly & helpful. Semi truck & trailer parking available on the street. There was no lids for the coffee cups at breakfast or in the room.

Everything was good!

Had a great time for a weekend out.

The hot tub was not working and the breakfast was lacking fresh sliced fruit but other than that it was fine and what you would expect for the reasonable price.

Everything was good other than not being told the pool and hot tub were not able to be used during the stay, pretty disappointing.

The place was ok, we booked it because if their indoor pool but the pool was closed and we weren't informed, if we were o would of booked it somewhere else.

It’s okay not up to Best Westwrn standards

Very kind receptionists, made us feel very comfortable. Hotel was clean, had good continental breakfast, quiet, hot showers and ample parking. Thank you!

The kitchen lady was mean she was racist and I fill super uncomfortable, when we were eating the put strong chemical liquid and it was super smelly we have to go and eat in our room,

Very clean, very nice, nice workers Toilet clogged wouldn't flush. Had to move rooms

We were not informed that the pool and hot tub were non functioning. The kids were very disappointed! We felt like we should have been giving notice in advance. It’s been malfunctioning for a while. No discount was offered in compensation.

Also pool and Jacuzzi were broken. What a joke. Hate this place. Could not get refund. So sad.

Paint falling off walls. Torn curtains. Poop stains on carpets. Toilets make noise/leak. Only good was staff. Maybe change name to Worse Western. Owner doesn't give a crap about this place or it would have make over. Will not stay at this place again.

Jacuzzi in room was dirty looked like they haven't cleaned it in idk how long hair and dust all along the back side. Got pink hair dye on a single wash cloth charged me 75 dollars for that single wash cloth whe. Asked about it at the desk the unprofessional guy on duty stated they would refund me never have disputing that transaction worst motel i have ever been to
