Beautiful old world property

Very nice facility and wonderful breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Our room was smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures and the price we paid.

Beautiful property but it’s used for events and parties. Was really noisy with doors banging and people talking loudly in the corridors till past 2. So not great for a good nights rest.

Lovely stay

Outside looks lovely, inside is confused. Decor is definitely trying too many things and it looses the classy feel I think they were trying for. Furniture is worn and some feels a bit grubby. Bath towels are awful, very rough and should be replaced. Staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was good. Parking was also good and convenient. For the price it definitely needs a refresh.

Great staff, easy check in, breakfast is daily from 7:30 to 10:30. Highey recommend. Bus stops very close by for those who don't have a rental car. Bus 130 takes you straight into central Dublin! Perfect experience all around for Clontarf Castle and the staff

The room was very clean. We did not have a free breakfast. It’s more of a hotel that happens to be attached to an old castle so it’s not like the other castles around Ireland. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food at the Knights club was very good. The shower was very nice. It had a rain showerhead and a handheld. They provided shampoo and shower gel. Parking was free.

A castle hotel was absolutely fabulous! It was very clean, the meals were excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure you had a pleasurable stay.

Good location for my purposes, easy access to bus route. Room was not cleaned the first day or two, and trash was not removed one day.

Delightful place in a quiet suburb, not too far from Dublin city center, and close to the water. Excellent accomodations and service. For a solo traveler, it was comftorbale, safe, and secure. On site restaurants were great. Free wifi and parking were a bonus. Definitely would stay again.

Super cool castle hotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped rooms. Staff was great. Restaurant food was great and the desserts even better. Ample parking and easy access.

This is a super hotel in a location, close to the city centre and airport. The room was large, clean and had a fantastic view. The receptionist Beth was super friendly, helpful and engaging. A total contrast to the breakfast manager who was not. Breakfast is poor so go room only. Bar serves a great pint of Guinness and the team there are great also. WiFi fast, parking safe.

Such a cool hotel! Definitely a need to stay in Dublin!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day of our stay, breakfast, and all other dining options were extraordinary

I think you need to have a very specific reason for staying at this property. Unfortunately, our stay was very short and we did not get to enjoy what perhaps was on tap. However the experience we did have was not awesome. There was a school graduation, taking up the meeting space and apparently the banquet and serving staff were

Seamless check in and check out. Our room was splendid for its space, amenities, and quiet comfort. Thank you to the super-friendly and helpful staff of Clontarf Castle.
