Cheap, clean, cheerful and delightful breakfast. In a very central and safe neighbourhood. Polite staff. It’s not the ritz but is priced accordingly. Good 3-4 star worth every penny. No complaints.

This was my second stay at Laila Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service. From the front desk to the waiters and housekeeping, every staff member was eager to help, making my stay truly memorable. I want to give a special mention to Enrique, my housekeeper, and Roberto, my waiter, who both went above and beyond, greatly enhancing my experience. Thank you, Laila Hotel, for an outstanding stay!

Staff is not

The Laila hotel is at a walking distance from the Diana and Angel de la Independencia monuments. It’s my second time there and I’ll come back.
