Great location great staff and an even better value

The hotel need to be upgraded..its definitely old and used up

When open, the bar and restaurant was nice, but the bar and restaurant were not always open when advertised

Thank you for giving us such great service! We were greeted and checked in within 3 minutes. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean!

The stay was okay it could have cleaner and updated. The tv in the bedroom looks like it is going out.

Arrived at check in time and there were no rooms available. Had to wait about 2-3 hours just to get into our room. The room was nice but was only given one towel. Service was definitely lacking.

Upon check-in at 3 pm I was told that there was no available clean rooms. I did not get a room until 7pm. Then upon check-out the receipt I received said one price but my card was charged an different price. When I called the hotel and asked it they didn't know what I was talking about.

I called day or 2 for early check in. They said it would be ok since it was only 1 hour earlier. Needless to say room wasn't ready. 1 person working the desk. Metallica was in town .

Very good stay would do it again

Property is clean, as already reviwed, $25.00 parking fee per night, but offers a convenient access to the rooms. Bed are not comfortable especially for side sleepers. Woke up with sore shoulders.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to pay to watch tv they had no remote and we had to download an app to be able to watch tv

Love the room as it feels like home.

We were not advised of parking fees until after we booked the reservation. Once we arrived we were told and the receptionist wasn't any help as well.

It was satisfactory, the staff was nice, friendly and helpful

The room had a horrible order, we were going to go to the Hyatt place but the cost and changing was two much so My wife had to endure it for a week, cost changed once she got there along with a 25.00 per day deposit, crazy for a dump like this
